myFarm has two kinds of support:
- The Community Forum
This is run by one myFarm employee and many volunteer moderators to answer all of your questions about the myFarm game - The Support Page
This page is for monetary compensation ONLY. Please do not post questions about general game play or technical questions, you will just be pointed to the Community Forum.
Currently myFarm does not have the staff for one on one support via email or telephone. The best and quickest way to get your questions answered is to post on the Community Forum. The volunteer moderators can answer just about every question you may have, if not, they have a more direct communication link to the developers and can get your question answered more quickly than if you email or send them a private message to them. Emails and private messages can take two to three weeks to get a form letter reply, the community board usually just a few minutes or at the most a few hours.
