What are farm Credits?
Farm Credits are purchasable and earnable points that can be redeemed for game enhancing features.
How do I get Farm Credits?
Credits can be obtained via our offer partner Gambit.
Our Offer Partner offers two methods for gaining Farm Credits: The first method is by paying for them. You can pay via Paypal, Zong, Mobilecash and PayByCash.com.
The second method is to partake in the listed surveys and offers. The amount each pays varies and some are restricted by country.
What can I buy with the Credits?
The following items can be purchased in the Cash Shop with your Credits: $1000/$10000 myFarm Cash Swap the credits for cash to spend on crops 2 Gift Unlock Points Each day you gain 1 gift unlock point. Gift unlock points increase which gifts you can send your friends. myFarm Ad free Removes the adverts present in the game. The Facebook supplied ads down the side will remain but the adverts below the game will be removed Purchases You can purchase animals, trees and the barn
Do I really need credits?
The credits are not essential to play, however they can be helpful.
By purchasing/acquiring them you are doing some good for myFarm.
It helps support the game, keep it running, allow for server upgrades, and pay for staff costs.
A few tips before filling out those credit offers
- Create an email account just for these types of things. There are many free e-mail services you can use, such as Yahoo, Google, Hotmail, etc. Some of the offers can generate e-mail spam and you probably do not want that going to your main e-mail account you use for family & friends.
- Do not give them your phone number unless you absolutely have to. This will more than likely cause telemarketing phone calls. Most offers do not require your phone number to be complete.
- Do not give them your home address unless you absolutely have to. Most offers do not require your home address to be complete.
- Do not give them your social security number.
- Do not give them any bank information.
- There are many offers, like Netflix, that will need your address, phone number, and the like. If you choose to give this information out, ask yourself a few things: Is it a reputable company? Have you ever heard of them before? Is it a company you see advertised frequently? Do a little research first if you have any doubts.

I didn't get my credits. What do I do?
If you are having issues with credits, there are some very important things you need to keep in mind. The most important is that credits are not issued by myFarm, they are issued by a third party. Any problems you may be having cannot be solved by anyone affiliated with the game or the forum.
Credit Offers
Data Protection laws severely restrict the support we can offer for Credit Offers. Your contract is with the Offer Company and they can not disclose any information about a 'transaction' to anyone but yourself. As such when you choose to participate in any credit offer it is your responsibility to see it through. If you do not get the credits, you are going to have to chase them down on your own.
To submit a support request to the offer company you need to follow these steps
- Goto the Offer Page found here
- Click the Offer Status Link
- Locate the Offer that hasn't paid out and click the Problem? link next to it
- Read The FAQ you are presented.
- If this doesn't help fill in the form at the bottom of the page. Please provide Gambit with as much detail as you can
Please remember that
- It can take some time for offers you have taken to be verified. They sometimes require human input so the time stated is just a guide. Give them 3 days for the verification process to complete
- If you partake in an offer that involves you buying a product or service there may be a delay while payment clears. Financial transactions can take upto 5 working days to clear
- If the Offer involved receiving a physical product the verification process may not start until the item is shipped
- When Payment has been required you will usually be required to send a copy of the receipt to an email address that they will pr'Bold text'ovide
- After the Initial support request has been made please give them 3 further working days to gather all the information they need
Credit Purchase
As with Credit Offers, Data Protection Laws restrict the support we can give you. You will need to submit a support ticket with the Offer Company who also process our direct credit purchases

Please remember that
- While usually instant financial transactions can be delayed due to a number of factors. It can take upto 5 working days for a payment to sometimes clear. Give them atleast 5 Working days before raising a support ticket
- You will be provided with an email address to send a copy of the receipt so they can verify. Please make sure you do this
- If you hear nothing after 3 Working days resubmit your ticket
- If you still get no response you may email simon@playsocial.us ONLY email as a last resort and make sure you include full information on the offer you undertook, the steps you have taken to get it resolved, a copy of everything you sent Gambit including receipts
How affiliate schemes work:
You have 4 parties involved
- You the Customer
- myFarm the Client website
- Gambit - The Affiliate Marketing Company
- The Merchant who is running the offer
What happens is you go from our site to an Offer Merchant and carry out something that usually generates some kind of income or subscription for the Merchant. The Merchant then pays Gambit an affiliate fee for this transaction and Gambit then gives you credits for myFarm, and Gambit pays myFarm a commission fee. In the simplest terms basically the Merchant through Gambit buys you credits from myFarm as a thank you for taking up a service.
myFarm uses an Affiliate Marketing Company as we are obviously too small to be able to handle it ourselves. It is often the same reason that Merchants use them, as they too simply do not have the resources to be able to commit to running a full scale affiliate scheme themselves. The problem is these Affiliate marketing companies are targets for fraud by Customers towards the Merchants (and also at times by Client Websites towards the Merchants) so the Merchants have little choice but to do their due diligence, and that means that most Merchants 'validate' the transactions manually to ensure they are not fraudulent. Since most Merchants do not have large departments dealing with this side, many have it as one of many tasks a single employee handles manually. Validating transactions can be slow and usually slower than the stated amount of time. They will also often not work weekends or holidays or outside normal working hours.
If something goes wrong and you do have to chase up your credit, this obviously can also take some time. Gambit has to take your details and look into it incase it is something on their end that has gone wrong, then Gambit needs to contact the Merchant. The Merchant obviously has the same kind of time issues that it might have validating.
All in all you just have to give them 3 or 4 days beyond the stated time initially and then after reporting it to Gambit atleast that same length of time, if not a week for it to be looked into and a response given. If no response is received after this time then contact Gambit again.
PARTICIPATE IN CREDITS AT YOUR OWN RISK regardless of whether you choose to purchase credits or obtain them by participating in offers.
