Cash Shop Purchasing Tips

DO NOT hit Refresh, Back, Forward nor Double click the purchase button doing one of those WILL process your purchase again.

ie. If you buy an item, then hit refresh, or back, you will be charged for a second item. As such, it its considered user-error and you are not entitled to compensation for such.

If you get the screen that says there is a Facebook / myFarm communication error, DO NOT hit "try again" or "back" or any other option, as it will purchase your item again. Go directly to your Facebook home page (even if you have to type http://www.facebook.com ), then go into the myFarm application again.

Newly purchased items: REFRESH/RELOAD your screen after placing.

Once you have purchased and placed an item on your farm, you need to REFRESH/RELOAD your screen, and here's why:

  1. Building abilities will not work until you have refreshed your screen
  2. Animals and trees will move back to the original placement unless you refresh your screen before moving them for the first time
  3. Refreshing your screen fixes most layering issues (items behind others when they shouldn't be)

Can I get a refund for something I bought accidentally?

Not at this time. There will most likely be a sell feature for unwanted buildings and other items in the future as the game develops. However, you can sell animals after purchasing a barn, and you can sell trees after purchasing the wood shed.
